Citi PayAll turns routine bill payments into a rewards-earning move, but 'pay your bills' is one of the least exciting things a bank app can pitch.

Insight

People underestimate what a credit card can do until they see the specific, unglamorous obligations, rent, tuition, memberships, suddenly earning something back.

Idea

'You Won't Know Until You Try'. Stack up everyday obligations and show each one converting into Citi Rewards Points, Citi Miles, or Cashback the moment it is paid through Citi PayAll.

About this work

Glossy 3D motion graphics stack up the boring parts of adult life, rent, school fees, memberships, renovations, each one rendered as a giant block of type that snaps into a reward icon the instant it is paid. The mechanic is the whole story. Open Citi Mobile, pay any bill to any bank in Indonesia through Citi PayAll, and Citi Rewards Points, Citi Miles, or Cashback land automatically, no separate step required.
